Le conseil des Ministres espagnol a approuvé le 2 juillet dernier, par décret royal législatif 1/2010, le Texte Refondu de la Loi des Sociétés de Capitaux, pour que soient unifiées dans un unique texte légal les normes portant sur les sociétés anonymes,
The council of ministers approved on the 2nd of July a the Redrafted Text regarding the Law of Capital Companies through the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, in which one legal document unifies the respective norms regarding public limited companies, limited-liability companies, public companies and partnership limited by shares, in other words all capital companies existent in our system.
Der Ministerrat stimmte am 2. Juli durch das Königliche Dekret 1/2010 der Gesetzesneufassung über Kapitalgesellschaften zu, durch welche die Vorschriften für Aktiengesellschaften, Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung, börsennotierte Aktiengesellschaften, Kommanditgesellschaften auf Aktien, das heißt, alle im spanischen System vorhandenen Kapitalgesellschaften, in einem einzigen Gesetzestext vereinheitlicht werden.
